What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the Divinely inspired Word of God, His all-sufficient guide for salvation, a life of faith and love for those who believe in Him.

We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, the Son of God in human flesh, fully God and fully man, and lived a perfect life, free of sin.

We believe that Satan is an evil being, a fallen angel who continually opposes God’s purposes and God’s people and causes us to sin and stumble in life.

We believe that Jesus Christ finished God’s work of salvation by dying on the cross for our sins, rising from death into life, giving all who believe in Him complete forgiveness of their sins and an eternal restored relationship with God.

We believe the Holy Spirit is God’s gift to us to support us in life, enables us to understand truth, empowers us for godly living, and equips us for service and witness.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, composed of every person, living and dead, who believes in Him.

We believe that all believers are called to a life that pleases God, making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey Him.

We believe in and look forward to the return of Jesus Christ to the earth to take all believers to be with Him forever.
