A generous local business has issued a challenge to our community: raise $25,000 for Case Management, and every new dollar donated will help double the roadmap that guides people from the street to a home.

This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about having a plan — and someone to walk it with you.

Case Management is the work of walking alongside someone who is struggling and helping them move forward step by step: building trust, setting realistic goals, navigating barriers like ID, income, health, addiction, and housing, celebrating progress, even when it’s slow

It’s overcome through connection, consistency, and a clear path forward.

For someone who has been stuck in survival mode, this roadmap can be life-changing.

We will always meet urgent needs — meals, shelter, safety — but we are moving beyond simply providing services. We are focusing on walking alongside people. Our vision is rooted in a simple belief: Connection is the bridge from a park bench to a permanent home.

When we offer a relationship, we restore dignity. When we provide consistent support instead of one-time help, real change can begin.

Case Management is how that belief becomes reality.

Since November, four individuals have already exited our shelter and moved into housing with the support of case management and our partners. This challenge helps us do more of what’s working.

How the $25,000 Match Works:

To help us reach this goal, our partner is looking for “growth” in our community of supporters. Your gift qualifies for the 1:1 match if:

• You are a new donor (Your first gift ever!).

• You haven’t given in over a year (Welcome back!).

• You increase your usual gift (The “extra” amount is matched!).
